As business owners who have owned and operated retail jewelry shops for more than 40 years, Rose-Marie & Bob Goodman say they have always treated each customer that walks through their doors with courtesy, respect, and a genuine interest in the customer’s wants and needs.

“Treating others the way we want to be treated is good for business, and, more importantly, it is a cherished American value,” Bob said. “Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people are our neighbors, coworkers, family members and friends. These laws are written to allow businesses to deny LGBTQ people services, housing and employment, simply because of who they are. This is wrong, and the majority of Americans agree.”
